Apart from being held in it was a great night. Atmosphere from the City boys was excellent as always. Got dropped off at republic square and no mither.

Agreed. Didn't see any mither in town after the match and we stayed out till midnight. But there were plenty of police in bunches of three or four standing around, watching everyone.
 
Getting kept in the ground was a ball ache.

But overall we've had a decent time and no trouble whatsoever. Walked within the hordes of local fans to the match and blended in.

Wouldn't come again though. Bit of a shit hole in my opinion.

At the airport now, perfectly happy to be leaving and to never come back!

I will say that as much as people like to bash foreign police, they did a good job last night.

Their job was to keep us safe and I haven't heard of any issues on matchday itself. Obviously being kept behind isn't ideal, but every blue knew this would be the case going in.

A few dickhead blues chanting "Kosovo" at the Serbian police did annoy me, that's not on for me.

Apart from that a very enjoyable trip, up the blues!

Also cheers to @Bibbers and @David Kloppesh for all the advice over the past few weeks. I'm sure you've helped plenty of blues out, certainly myself

I've has a decent time here, every Serb I've met since Monday has been fine, even the old bill didn't shove us around or bully.

Noooo! It’s kicking off late, wearing blue shirts, English club and then around a hundred in the pecking order of what gets Uefa’s arse in gear is violence - verbal and physical. They are a shower!

Mind I’ve just searched the BBC website and no mention. I got a notification from Alexa when I woke up that the Serbs had kicked off!

No.1 story had it been Rags or Dippers!
