People need to be grateful quality player like Zinchenko is willing to be benched a rotation player, not everyone is willing to be benched for extended period of time.
He is best for depth and even then not every player that better than Zinchenko is willing to be benched. It will difficult asking them to join City if the competition for playing time is to tough for them, most of them want a guarantee playing time.
