Ref Watch City Games - 2023/24

Thought he was shit both ways in all honesty. The Origi booking was hilarious. The funny thing is, it was Foden's prod to the throat that prompted matey to go down, of which the ref put it down to a debatable throttling. I don't think it would have been highlighted by VAR if the ref didn't give a red. In hindsight it was a funny chain of events, but the ref is completely inept. There was clearly something boiling on the pitch of which he was unable to manage.

It was stupid from Rodri, so can’t really complain about the red card. Taylor’s officiating was pretty bad throughout though. The standard of refereeing in the league is shocking.
Don’t be daft Ric, its not that Taylor is just a shit ref amongst a worrying number of equally shit refs, it’s a PGMOL conspiracy so wide ranging that not a single member of the hundreds of low paid staff that need be involved have leaked it.

You’re blind if you don’t see it.

Its kind of annoying how again Pep has said nothing about his performance in the post game interview.
I mean it’s perfectly understandable as he’s not a tinfoil hat wearer (and lets be honest he’s never been shy of saying his mind and calling people out) and doesn’t fancy giving the FA £1m in fines to appease those who are.

The red card could have been yellow but no real argument it was 50:50. The rest of Taylor’s performance was appalling, reminiscent of his performance when we played Chelsea in 2016/17. So many snide fouls by Forest missed. Akanji booked for a non foul. He was really really poor.

Our players should have spotted we were getting nothing from him and calmed down instead they got into stupid rows.
That’s exactly what Taylor wanted we couldn’t entirely concentrate on playing our game he frustrated and annoyed the players they should know what this cnut is like ..

Just the shear number of incidents he has been involved in with city down the years before today, e.g the Ederson pen at Arsenal, the infamous Chelsea game and Fernadinho. I also agree that as well as applying the rules differently for both teams his favourite tactics are ignore a foul producing a breakaway for the team he is helping and constantly disrupt for the team in blue. Still leading anti city ref for me despite efforts of Attwell and some of the new kids on the block.
Didn't dermot say on ref watch earlier this week say contact from keeper after forward has got his away is usually ignored (spurs v brentford ?) Diffe4ent for ecerson at arsenal

Why exactly would many low paid staff need to be involved for referees to be instructed to attempt to influence outcomes of matches?

And apparently the Premier League is the only sport league in the history of the world that has no corruption, including manipulation via refereeing?

Your wumming is getting more and more desperate by the post.
