Definite foul on Bernardo before the penalty. Assumed they might go and check that out in the build up to the pen being awarded, but again the rules seem to differ for every game as I don't believe any check was made on that.

Utterly inept officials? Pretty much.
But there's not been any refereeing performance in recent weeks that would allow me to give them the benefit of the doubt and it seems pretty weird people do so just to be a bit different.
