Ref Watch

The question is, what does his right arm do in the following second after this clip stops? ;)
Was this referred to VAR....if not, what explanation has been given and by whom ?

If it was referred, what explanation has been given for the double hand ball not being awarded.

Has the referee been asked why he didn’t award a penalty in real time and what was his explanation.

This incident is shrouded in mystery and needs to be kept in the spotlight and subject to forensic scrutiny.

Would a penalty have been given if it was Madrid in the last minute ??

We used to call that "climbing" when I played (so long ago now), but it's probably not specifically referenced in the stupidly written, loophole riddled laws of the game now-a-days, and we all know how they like a law loophole when City are playing.

He leaps well, but he stays up there because he's using Dias as a vaulting horse, subsequently Dias can't get off the ground to even attempt a header due to the fact that he's got a 15 stone bloke on his back!

VAR? Nah, that's not really used in City's favour if they can help it.

Corrupt as fuck!

Apparently not looked at by VAR as the on-field ref didn't "ask them" to look at it ??????????????

Since when did VAR need authorisation to look at a possible penalty?
I thought they routinely looked at all incidents of this nature and didn't need permission!

More made up bullshit from UEFA, but we've just got to suck it up, apparently :(

Some have said he did it on the way down after he headed it. Personally it looked a foul in real time and on replay it looks a foul. Could be another one of those “it’s not an obvious error” on the part of the onfield ref so VAR does not intervene.
That frame is before he headed it.
