Ref Watch

No. Wrong. It has to be clear and obvious as per their own protocols. That's the issue.

You only have to look at Lindelof decision literally an hour later to see the issue here!!
But, from my eyes, I think it clearly and obviously hit the Arsenal lad’s leg from every single angle I’ve seen.

But the ref looked at the video and saw that he was clearly and obviously wrong as it didn't hit the players arm.

Obviously we(city fans) are hoping we get to see and hear from the rashford goal, im sure every fan have a decision they want to see,I'm pretty certain they won't, it'll be from a lower key game

Again “you think”

So not clear and obvious which are their own protocols.

Explain to me why they thought Lindelof didnt hand ball it literally an hour after?

With the technology they have and the pics they had available only one of those decisions was clear and obvious and should’ve had VAR intervene. However, they didnt get involved on the one that was clear and obvious. Why?

This should be broadcast live at every decision like Cricket and NFL.
Should at least be available to the broadcasters, who can either play it live and risk swearing or wait and play it back bleeped out if need be. Absolutely no reason for it to be secret and would remove claims of cheating, including by me.
