Keith Hackett on BBC News sports roundup absolutely laid into Lee Mason tonight. Ended by saying his position as a VAR referee should be reviewed.
Problem is, he wouldn't have a trophy to pretend shag.Martinez has perfected shithousing. He'd be perfect for the scum.
Mason was the same as a referree, bent and incompetent by equal measureKeith Hackett on BBC News sports roundup absolutely laid into Lee Mason tonight. Ended by saying his position as a VAR referee should be reviewed.
Is that because he fucked up and cost Arsenal points ?Keith Hackett on BBC News sports roundup absolutely laid into Lee Mason tonight. Ended by saying his position as a VAR referee should be reviewed.
Looked like Haaland made contact with his knee on the follow through. Not a foul though.Did you see the full back when Haaland crossed it for Gundy to score ? He suddenly collapsed in absolute (fake) agony. It is obvious that players now fake injuries after a goal in the hope Var rule it out and give a foul.
I know I am biased but there was no foul on the keeper but as a protected species.......
Coote the replacement, who could not see the most obvious penalty for Jack being booted on the back of his leg v Wolves, the most blatant penalty you will see yet the ref, Var and the Var assistant all missing it.
They need to explain those kind of calls otherwise people think its bent.Simon Hooper in the Dippers Derby just sums up the state of the officiating in the PL and how some teams are protected. Just Robertson as an example. 1st half he twice told the ref to fuck off, no card of course. 2nd half he books an Everton player, rightly, for kicking the ball away. 2 minutes later Robertson also kicks the ball away, no card given of course.
Robertson does eventually get a card, along with Pickford, for a scuffle not kicking the ball away, after he kicks the ball away but you have to question how the ref can book the Everton player and not the Dipper for similar offences within a few minutes of each other
think defender did it out of embarrassment cause haaland made him look a foolDid you see the full back when Haaland crossed it for Gundy to score ? He suddenly collapsed in absolute (fake) agony. It is obvious that players now fake injuries after a goal in the hope Var rule it out and give a foul.

come on jack got one back against villa where he made most of being clippedCoote the replacement, who could not see the most obvious penalty for Jack being booted on the back of his leg v Wolves, the most blatant penalty you will see yet the ref, Var and the Var assistant all missing it.
No apology to us of course and no officials dropped from the next round of games, same as the outrageous incorrect decisions v Rags, Spurs home etc
i guess that round now he cant get near screen to see themKeith Hackett on BBC News sports roundup absolutely laid into Lee Mason tonight. Ended by saying his position as a VAR referee should be reviewed.
Nah, it's a new thing for that sort of incident: do "what football expects" (except for Rashford's "not offside" decision of course).I took it as 'Football' is the rule book
Blind Pugh and I see no penalty on var ffs!
Post var there’s no room for apology. Margin of error shouldn’t be in our conversation .Coote the replacement, who could not see the most obvious penalty for Jack being booted on the back of his leg v Wolves, the most blatant penalty you will see yet the ref, Var and the Var assistant all missing it.

How do you explain those decisions in any other way than 'bent'?They need to explain those kind of calls otherwise people think its bent.
Except Dermot he didn’t blow straight away. He waited for the ball to hit the back of the net. Almost as if he had no idea so thought let’s see what happens and if City score VAR will help me out as it checks all goals. Also interesting to note to Martinez waits to see where the ball goes then falls down holding his head faking a head injury
I’m not sure if people just ‘think’ it now, it’s becoming more of a ‘know’.They need to explain those kind of calls otherwise people think its bent.
Not saying you’re wrong but the keeper definitely made contact with Haaland’s neck/jaw, it was reddened for the next 10 mins. I thought the keeper just beat him to the ball.Looked like Haaland made contact with his knee on the follow through. Not a foul though.
