This is how you fix games. There were actually two separate fixings going on.

1. The assistant behind the goal wanted a Monaco win. The ref simply took his instructions.

2. The ref was fixing the game so if Monaco got through, they couldn't progress any further due to the amount of suspensions they'll have.

If I'm honest, I'm still not 100% sure that Sergio's was a penalty. It definitely could have been if he'd stayed on his feet a little longer, but he leaves the ground before any contact is made.
