Foden’s yellow wasn’t baffling - he showed clear dissent shouting at referee and throwing the ball on the ground - it is a straight forward yellow. Now, we might argue whether it was a foul and our view was that it wasn’t - but you cant shown that amount of dissent and not get booked.

There is a lot worse without punishment in every single game. It’s the inconsistency that rankles. BTW it wasn’t a foul. As clean a challenge as you would want to see. Just more nonsense from these cheats.

There isn't any inconsistency when it comes to slamming the ball down in front of the ref, every player ive seen do it has been booked

From halfway up SS3 we could all see he'd won the ball, then he booked Phil as well.

Always said this which is why we simply have to put teams to the sword mate which then puts the refs and VAR out of the question

This has been happening all season with Doku, i feel sorry for the lad because he's not being treated fairly by the match officials and he could end up with a bad injury if it carries on.

He booked Phil for bouncing the ball away which is an automatic yellow. It wasn’t a foul and that was just one of a series of wrong decisions on fouls the stupid **** made all game but the yellow was right

I have no idea why the refs in this league continue to allow Arsenal to do a late run from behind the GKs vision in front of him to block the GKs movement, usually from Saliba, on every single corner. Players are allowed to stand in front of the GK, but any movement with the intention to restrict the GKs movement is against the rules, so why does not a single ref in the league stop them from doing it on every corner for years now? Why is no one even mentioning it in the media when its blatant cheating, clearly against the rules and yet allowed every time they do it?

That rule may be used when the arse play the rags or dippers but not when they play anybody else. Newcastle should be seething the way they are being stitched up by the cartel, richest club owners but can't spend any of it, refs picking and choosing who to book, ignoring nailed on penalties and fouls waved on. I hope we come out of the 115 cleared and take the bent barstewards to task and if there have been criminal acts to help maintain their stranglehold I hope prosecution follows.
