Are you clicking on the right tab - bottom one 'my season tickets' ?
Just ignore it and it usually loads after a short while even though it says you need to update flash

I was trying to be helpful. I made the mistake of clicking 'relocate my ticket'. Thought you may have done the same.

There's one seat available in the whole block that has been half fucking empty for most of the season
City mustn't put all available seats up for relocation.

But there was only one seat to move into, for two of us.
The joke being we've been the only ones on our row at a few games

As gavvo has said, log in, select my account, then select 'My season tickets' (bottom option on left). Don't select 'Regrade/Relocate my ticket.
You didn't happen to see if there are any of the cheaper ones available at the back of SSL3 did you ?
