You also wrote "Klanfield" for some top notch comedyI was just using an example, it applies to all teams, I thought that was obvious by the use of “for example”
That is out of order. It’s ok for you lot in Manchester surrounded by blues. Over here we are completely outnumbered. The red rats have infested all parts of this island. Urgent vermin control needed.
I second the Ban:)
Check PL kick-off days and times. Football has been run "for foreigners watching on TV" for almost three decades.Like the three musketeers, one for all and all for one.
Anything else is a studio audience for foreigners watching on TV
I think those making the decisions currently have more pressing things to think about.
Of course It is your choice not to go back, but many fans want to go back watching games and many clubs in the pyramid will be reliant on the income. It is a long way from perfect, but a start and I am not sure what you would expect the authorities to do, not open until the stadium can be full again?
Same here some memory photos appeared on my Facebook page, had a brilliant time there and would definitely go back
I won’t be entering the ballot. We travel from Scotland so would rather see local fans getting the seats. Hopefully by August we will be out of this nightmare and back properly. I pray to god all our friends that sit around us have stayed safe. Most of them are elderly.
Same.Same
Did you also ask that they exclude families from attending together?We specifically asked that plastic cunts, particularly Irish ones, be excluded. Nice to know City listened for once. ;-)
Only 55k? This is gonna top the two and a half million who went to York.Newcastle home on Boxing day will be the new "York away"
"I was there, first game after Covid"
Estimates will put the crowd at 55k for a 2200 capacity match :-}
The club has all these details already on a database as well as where everyone is sitting end entering, and has a record of who as attended. Seems laziness from the club insisting fans purchase and take with them a phone to do this, shows they are out of touch, not everyone wants a phone with the internet on.Are you absolutely sure about that?
"In England, you do not have to request details from people who check in with the official NHS QR poster, and venues should not ask them to do both. Venues must not make the specific use of the NHS QR code a precondition of entry (as the individual has the right to choose to provide their contact details if they prefer)."
I know we have our own definition of safe in these times but to imply 2000 in a 50000+ stadium is unsafe is stretching it for me.Preferably, yes. Until a large percentage of the population has been vaccinated I can't see how it's safe to permit crowds of any size. At the moment in some parts of the country cases are actually increasing, despite the recent lockdown.
Safety is a long way off, IMHO.
