I have said the same thing from the start of this window that city is trying to cut the spending and we will have a net spend of less than £30m , our management wants to comply with FFP , which is a good thing

i think this should have been the last window where we should have spent money to complete our squad which is not yet complete and cut the spending from next summer window

contrary to what you think, he talks about PSG when he got a chance like he do for city, even tough his son works for QSI ( qatar sport investment) owner of PSG; but in France there is a regulation agency called DNCG it is quiet similar to FFP and that why French clubs are not allowed to have a big debt or deficit like other clubs in europe but the same DNCG are very happy with the the qatari owners of PSG because they know the project is for the long term and now every time PSG playing away the tickets are sold out add to that the media attraction and more the president of PSG is also the president of aljazeera sport who bought TV rights in France and have launched a sports channel BEINsport tv and without aljazeera bid french clubs would got even less money than before

So Platini can talks as much as he wants but he knows the importance of QSI
