Robinho - 'Of Course I'd Enjoy Playing for Barca'

This thread will go on forever. Anyway, made my point about why I believe it shouldn't be looked at as Robinho doing the dirty on us for wanting to go to a bigger and better club. If people can't understand that, fair enough. We aren't even a Chelsea yet and so if our players are attracted to clubs like Barca, we should all be able to see why.

Anyway, i'm going on Pornhub for a bit, (usually 5 mins).

Laters.

Robinho had 'issues' at Real Madrid , he's had one or two 'issues' here too , now he appears to be in favour of moving to Barca ..... is he one of these players who's never really gonna settle anywhere?

He seems to attract an awful lot of injuries , whether they're even genuine or not is , to me , questionable ..... we've seen it all before with Anelka .........and whilst it's true that Robinho's a real talent , what good is is to us if his mind is elsewhere , or if he's never fit to play , which is so often the case ?

Sure he did fine in 'fits and starts' last season , yet he disappeared in other games ...... not too mention 'seemingly 'vanishing' outside of the football club too at one stage!

I think he really misses Elano , who we won't see again . and JO , who we just might ..... but i remain unconvinced of Robinhos sincerity to the City cause , i'm not even sure he's really here 'in his head' ........ and i'm none too sure that he's a fan of Mark Hughes either ...... yes , come January don't be suprised to see him depart , although it won't be for anything like £32 million , that's for sure!

are u for real mate Robinho doesn't need to turn a game on its head because everytime he plays he is man marked by at least 3 players u tell me a game where he aint so in that case the 3 players marking Robinho means 2 of our players are unmarked they should be changing the game don't u think???? 14 goals in his 1st Premiership season and ur more or less calling the Guy who is a BRAZILIAN INTERNATIONAL crap wake up and smell the coffee mate.

Top post this!

And with the new signings we have now got Robbie will get more space and if not his new teamates will be able to take advantage of the extra space Robbie creates for them!

Think some people would rather have Vassell back!

No, Robbie could play 10 years in the prem and could still struggle to adapt to the league because it's so physical and he's so feeble.

He has scored 14 league goals from midfield in his first season. I don't think there are many that have beaten that record.

He can only get better with experience.

Not sure if you can really class it as midfield, but 14 goals in his first season was no doubt a great contribution. I'd like to see him have a decent run in our current squad as I think that maybe Barry or de Jong could cover for him more and we could really get the best out of him. But if he wants to leave, which it seems he does, and we can get a top quality player consistent player who's suited to the prem (and I'm thinking along the lines of Ribery here) then I wouldn't have any real qualms with him leaving

No,he is not doing the dirty to us,and you can not blame anyone for being attracted to Barca. My point is,If we want to be big we should not sell our players nomatter who is asking for them.We have enough financial muscle and hopefully we will have enough success to do that.As for Robinho ,he can go and i am saying this for purely footballing reasons.

Top class player no doubt, quite upsetting to read that to be honest thought he had more respect.

Number one, it will have been edited to look bad on the player, and number 2, Robbie is answering a question put to him on the spur of the moment. I am glad he's been honest about it to be fair cos if he had said he doesn't want to go Barca, but then went anyway he would lose us as fans forever if and when he ever played against us. He is being openly honest about nnot hiding his desire to play for Barca, but is also saying he is contracted to us. In other words he's saying it the way it is and you canny ask for more than that from a player.
