Hopefully his consolation will be lifting the Ballon D'Or (whether on crutches or not) as he deserves the highest individual accolade.
City and Pep have been over reliant on Rodri due to his previous excellent injury record and the consistency of his elite performances. We've not had to consider life without him (except for his 3 game ban last season) which may work against us until he returns. Pep normally finds a solution to a challenge like this.

Still doesn’t really tell us anything.
There are three grades of ligament injuries: mild, moderate and rupture.
Grade 1 / Mild - 4-6 week recovery.
Grade 2 / Moderate - 6-10 week recovery.
Grade 3 / Rupture - 6-12 month recovery.
