Thing is Karen they won't, Txiki can't do any wrong on here and he will be given another 150m to spunk on a team wether Manuel stays or not .
He used to work for Barcelona you know , at least Marwood new this league inside out and recruited round it- Txiki hasn't bought a single English player since he rolled up-staggering , he's sold plenty mind, under the guise that they aren't good enough for our "passing" game.

Soriano will just get his PowerPoint production out again pointing at bullet points and saying pressing every other sentence mumbling about the ten year plan- incidentally does anybody see Soriano and Txiki both being here to see it all happen, because at Barca they also changed CEO and DoF every 3 to 4 seasons like they do managers.

I agree letting all our english players go has been a mistake so far,txiki has fucked up letting jimmy walk and for nothing as well
Txiki and Soriano will still be here and hopefully a manager who plays the right players in their right places and will get our defending sorted out,a better balance is all we need

the next game and finishing this season. despite this one being flat it'll be thrilling. can't wait for palace, surely even more about going to the swamp, to the point i am thinking of cancelling a snap ski trip to a high resort somewhere in the french alps. unheard of. all that said i don't bother to see the comings and goings in the next few months. this squad who won us 2 titles, fa and league cup, needs a spring clean. i think exciting times are ahead but an all high finish can't come quick enough. the downside next season being the champions league "draw" and to see when we play bayern again. our owners know what they are doing (some fans don't) and i think it will be another step up all over again. great great players going and a few new ones with youth coming in. i want to rip the prem a new one next season but no matter what, i support the team right till the end of this season and the next and next till i die.

Yet everybody is talking about dismantling the team in the summer, so which is it mate - all the players are shit or they are not being managed properly ? Have we bought poorly? Have we given tasty new contracts to the wrong players?

We have gone full circle it seems and now we are going to have to buy ourselves a new squad.
