Sale and buyback option. Same as Delap imo. Not sure if it will happen immediately, but surely if not this summer, then next.So....where does our most recent signing leave this lad?

disappointed I guess.So....where does our most recent signing leave this lad?
Bynoe-Gittens left as a free agent did he not?...
The other player who I think is worth mentioning, although he has already left is Bynoe-Gittens. Does anyone know if there was a sell on clause when he left for Dortmund? Playing for their first team now and part of their squad for next season (think he likely to be worth serious money in future). It is also typical that England U19 do not seem to want to start him in games when Dortmund rate him so highly.
...
On the latter point, why would somebody leave City for Southampton to take up the same youth role?Seems to me that City are really trying to generate a lot of money from Academy sales. Both Edozie and Lavia are decent players who in an ideal world would be kept or loaned out. I do not know their contract situations exactly, but it looks to me like a definite policy to sell assets.
It appears that money is required for balancing the books, so that the first team can be prioritised, for a big push. This in my opinion is logical as we need to give Pep the best opportunity in his final years at City. History tells us, that replacing an iconic manager is difficult. Could there be another big first team signing this summer, balanced by large scale sales of players from various areas (Academy, presently loaned and first team players not renewing contracts)?
Also interesting to think about who is going to replace these players in U23s? Our U18s are decent, but are there any outstanding talents among them who could reach the Palmer or McAtee level? I really want to know if Ndala has or is signing scholarship/Pro with us? His representatives may have been pushing for clear route straight into U23s with reporting interest from major European clubs and this might that have influenced the Edozie sale? He was injured for some of last year, but played very little for U18s, suggesting there could have been doubts about him signing.

I also suspect also that if Joe Shields leaves for Southampton as has been suggested in the press, he would certainly push for bringing Lavia in there (as per present rumours on possible Lavia destination).

Still going out on loan, jsut needs to decide where.So....where does our most recent signing leave this lad?
Borges the standout talent in that group imo though you never know when someone else might suddenly kick on exponentiallyI think pretty much the whole U18 squad will move up to the U23’s next season, and there are a lot of talented kids there - Lewis, Alleyne, O’Reilly, Katongo, Breckin, Mebude, Borges, Adam, Gálvez, Dickson, Sussuoho etc
Yeah, Perm with a buyback. Simple stuff, is above PL2 level and not up to first team. Its a gap we'll have to address with a lot of these deals.Permanent? Thats a surprise and a little disappointing.
Must have a decent buyback and sell-on clause
Could be 18 minutes agoThe buy back must be pretty high if we’re selling him for 18M
