I think it was the right decision. I can't think of any other player doing what Shrek did. I don't have a problem with swearing in the stands or on the pitch but directly at the cameras after a goal is wrong. They are role models whether they like it or not.

For anyone thinking a 2 game ban might be harsh, the FA have warned him about exactly this kind of thing before

Strange how those who say he's crap are now delighted it appears he won't be playing? Also blasts a hole in the theory of some that the FA favour Utd all the time, even yesterday people on here were saying nothing would be done as its 'Manchester United'? Means that Berbatov and Hernandez will have to play together and that isn't too bad as they've managed to score one or two between them this season.
Anyway onwards and upwards, looking forward to a great game with hopefully no trouble.

imho they will appeal, and he will only get a fine, max 1 match ban.
Seriously though, rooney links everything up for the rags, switches play really well, particulalry with valencia.
