Strange how those who say he's crap are now delighted it appears he won't be playing? Also blasts a hole in the theory of some that the FA favour Utd all the time, even yesterday people on here were saying nothing would be done as its 'Manchester United'? Means that Berbatov and Hernandez will have to play together and that isn't too bad as they've managed to score one or two between them this season.

Anyway onwards and upwards, looking forward to a great game with hopefully no trouble.

When the FA tried to ban Shearer for stamping on someone, he threatened to quit the national side and stop them from using his image rights. His ban was quashed.

What's to stop Rooney doing the same, they need him more than he needs them.

When the FA tried to ban Shearer for stamping on someone, he threatened to quit the national side and stop them from using his image rights. His ban was quashed.

What's to stop Rooney doing the same, they need him more than he needs them.

I call bollocks, he regularly does nothing for England but get in the way. Of course from an image perspective he may be important as one of the poster boys, but in terms of on-field contribution I can't remember the last good game he had for England. Even against Wales, when the team played so well, he wasn't impressive.
