Rooney Charged 2 game Ban

Oh guess the lawyers say 2 will become 1 lol! Written in the wind, from the same book where touchline ban equals how to punish those who defame the merry whislte blower!

If only the new & improved hard line Premier League hangs tough on respect behaviour (lol), & this time and 2 becomes 4 games, maybe some will get the message!

Pleaded guilty so serve the ban 2 games, whats the prescribed ban for shooting yourself in the foot? lol hmmm thinks it will be one game!
 
I think Fergie and the United board must have commisioned a "Nick Freeman" type legal team that have come up with a cock and bull story saying Rooney was swearing at the Cameraman as reported in the Mirror.

If you look at other photos of the incident this is obviously a "pack of lies" because from the side views you can see exactly where he is looking when he is swearing and its straight down the camera lens. He is clearly ignoring both the cameraman and his assistant.

Unfortunately with a well presented "glossy dossier" with edited pictures by the legal team I suspect the FA will be taken in and his sentence will be reduced.

I cant believe so many people think he will get off,i dont see how he can!
I dont think he will get off,not a chance,cant believe he has even appealed against it!

I expect to see the yellow ticker going along the bottom saying Wayne Rooney loses appeal and will serve a 3 match ban. Surely this will be the case!

Well i hope i am right,cuz if he is playing against us in the semis its going to be a bit nervy!!!

In an ideal world it would be, but the world is not an ideal one. He'll "serve" 1 match (which he was going to miss anyway), and the other one, whoever its against, will be suspended, pending further infringements, you know it will.

I have no problem with that since he is found guilty of bringing the good game to disrepute!
I want him to play against us at Wembley. They will not have any excuse after we thrashed them!

Thats why the whisky sodden git is having nothing to say about it.Probably been told to keep quiet and not be seen to be putting pressure on the FA and after careful consideration the FA will reduce the ban and hold the other game over for future misdameanours.
Probably played the 'i'm Englands centre forward ' card as used by Shearer in the past.

There is no way on earth that this appeal would have been lodged if the Utd lawyers who advise on these matters didn't think there was a good chance of it succeeding. Think Cleavers has it bang on with a 1 game ban to be honest.
 
all this ...been charged with 2 he will get 2 is just naivety of the highest order...

there will hav been dialogue to broker the 'deal' - that is why the appeal is not against the 'crime'- which the FA would have to be robust against - but against the sentance - this allows the FA to reduce it on appeal - and all are happy - the scouse git only then misses a game he would not have played in anyway and the scum can still play the victim as they always do - even when they get away with so much

the appeal is just a process going through the motions to deliver (IMO) an already pre-arranged deal
