Sun says hes going to have a tough medical to see how his knee stands up. No medical in the world will say whether his knees are ok. Common sense would tell you its a risk after missing half a season at his last club. All i would say is Bellamy may not even be ready for the start of next season,to take another chance with an injury prone player is pushing your luck, especially at 13 mill and 15 mill respectively. RSC looked good when fit, but surely their are safer bets with the money we can splash around.
