To who? Barca doesn't want him, neither do Real or Bayern. PSG has already spent their transfer budget on Luiz so unless they sell a player for big money they won't be able to. Maybe Monaco if he would go back. Other than them who else is there? There has to be a buyer and Everton have to be willing to sell(which I'm not convinced they are) to make it happen.

If it is indeed just for this window, then surely it would make sense to come to some sort of agreement with Everton for his transfer in January.

The FFP Squad restrictions are for ONE YEAR! Why would we sell a decent player with a long term contract to solve a CL problem that is only a problem for MAYBE 7 or 8 games, if we are lucky?
