Nice one. I'd swap it for an outdoor run in the sun every day of the week though.

You can do it mate, it's nothing you haven't done loads of times before and the result has always been good, get down there in the morning and you will feel a million times better than if you dontNot been out for run for about 6 weeks, anxiety through the roof. Trying to build myself up to get to parkrun tomorrow

Very few (could count on one hand) more regrets when sitting at desk in work in afternoon and I didn't go. It's to rain in south London and I'm ready. Cheers mateHow many times you did go running and wished you hadn't?
