Ive just restarted after 2 years off. Currently doing 5 miles for long slow run, a 3 mile run at alternating speed up and slow down and one round of hill sprints. Combined with intermittent fasting 20:4 and hardly any carbs and I've not lost an ounce of weight in 3 weeks FFS
