It was well organised. On my lap 2 round the lake a woman and a man had fallen. Looked like she was in some distress. Marshall’s were on hand and the ambulance was coming to the scene.Yeah that woodland climb was rough, luckily I'd scoped it out online the night before, otherwise I might have had a shock seeing that.
Well done on getting it done mate, not the easiest 10k. I thought it was a good event though, well organised.
It was my test today to set a target in the form of the 10k as I rebuild my fitness. I have another booked in a few months time in Morecombe along the sea front.
