Thanks mate, strategy wise the plan was to go as slow as possible, but pacing is far from my strong point and as usual I went out too quick, it's a tricky one as after the first 26.2 I was into uncharted territory, I actually felt great up until 32 miles but after that it was mind over matter all the way, I supposed it helped that the route went through a few iffy areas in Liverpool and I didn't fancy stopping!!That's amazing Gaz! What was your overall strategy for mega mileage like that? And how are you feeling?
I'm actually feeling not too bad, but we will see if that is the same tomorrow and if I make parkrun!!!
