Germany turned it's nation around. Other than trying to pinch our Covid vaccines, they are peaceful now.

Despite their obnoxious arrogance, i actually viewed Russians as intelligent and innovative people.

The problem Russia has is their "Stockholm" type mentality.
After the wall came down, they had a chance of new freedoms and prosperity.
Yet the first sign of hardships (and a lack of bread), they went running back to their chains, locked the door and threw away the keys.

We have to hope that all this has woken a few Russians up.
And that we help those who want a different, better way of life.

The ball is in Ukraine's court. He can keep going and set the milestones that allow a reassessment.
The US will back him for at least 2 years as will the UK and Eastern European countries (except Hungry) - the only consideration is whether Russia agree to withdraw to at least Feb 23rd boundaries.
Note: France and Germany are irrelevant as they haven't given Ukraine sufficient military support to get a seat at the top decision table.

doubtful, Kalibr missiles ( depending on the type ) have a range of up to 2500km. its entirely possible these were launched from well into Russia/Belarus.

way out of range of anything Ukraine has unfortunatly.

It just shows russia for what the are, they have a "diplomat" at a major world conference, and are firing missiles indiscrimantly at another nation.
