I assume you would like such behaviour to stop but I am at a loss to see how ostracising them will bring that about.

The have proven time and time again that they cannot be trusted, have no respect for human life, how they go about bullying and destroying other countries (brutally killing their occupants), or the values and beliefs of others.

Yes, the Russians are particularly awful by modern standards.

But the Germans did far worse in WW2 yet within a decade of the end European integration was well underway within a decade of the end, and are now excoriated here for being too peaceful!

The challenge should be how to integrate them into the world post conflict, not how to exclude them.

They have to want go be integrated first.
Till then they can fuck off.

The Romans crucified millions. We should exclude them as well. Every country has a dark side. Most, if not all have moved on. ruSSia, unfortunately, has not. Until they lose the attitude that all other countries are insignificant and their people cockroaches that do not deserve to live there can be no integration.
