If Trump was in now, he would have been right about one thing - the war would be over.

Russia would have won, millions would have been slaughtered and a puppet government would be in place in Kyiv (actually Kiev because it would have reverted to the preferred Russian spelling). Chances are Putin would have already moved on to the Baltic states because NATO would have collapsed following US withdrawal.
