So does that mean we(the west) can supply troops now?

It’s certainly an escalation from NK providing some “observers”. I suppose it depends on how many but as is often the case getting in to a war is easy, getting out is hard so I can see a case where NK have mounting losses and they continue to throw more and more meat in to the grinder. It should result in more support for Ukraine in terms of weapons but western boots on the ground is not something I think the west in general wants… for the aforementioned reasons of easy to get in to and hard to get out of.

If the Russians, having already emptied their prisons and Siberian provinces, are now going to [checks notes] North Korea for manpower, it may be that the suggestions here that their mighty army has inexhaustible supply of meat so will inevitably defeat Ukraine may not be quite as certain as all that.

It means South Korea can send stuff to Ukraine to wipe out as many NK troops as possible before NK eventually kick off again at the 54th parallel.
The fact they get Russians as well is a mere bagatelle.
They have a huge deep underground stores of 155mm shells for one.
They also have the biggest anti drone drone inventory in the world.
