If Putin stops, or loses in Ukraine he's toast - as he'll be deposed.

He is a sociopath - so he has a chronic disregard for others' rights, a complete lack of empathy, is impulsive, and has little remorse. Sociopaths are often characterized by manipulative, deceitful, and often aggressive behavior.

Bottom line, it doesn't matter how many people die for his desires. The only person who matters is him.

WW2-wasn’t a war of choice for the Soviet Union, it was a war of survival, and it’s worth remembering that a large slice of that 27 million were Ukrainian.
