Salford City - moving to AJ Bell stadium (P9)

Well the locals ie tea lady groundsman local committee at Moor Lane weren't consulted just moved on once the neville empire moved in ....and everyone knew salford fc.ground was too small for their ambitions it was just a matter of time .....no shock ....wouldnt be surprised if houses were built on the ground probably naming Peter lim drive or neville Row lol
The irony is , there is a street that can be used to access the Moor Lane ground already named Nevile Road!!

As someone who is patiently waiting to buy shares in this club, I think its a bad move. As soon as ratboy allows us to buy the 51% he spouts off on sky about I shall tell him.
I think the share option will be announced very soon ....... Well Gary wouldn't lie...... would he.

he will be using/selling the united style shares that are non- voting when you read the small print

Does anyone know how much Salford Council have pumped into the AJ Bell/Rugby club? I am guessing millions?
Lots of millions! Far too many considering they keep putting our Council tax up and still reduce services!
I live 5 minutes from there and have been three times. Once as a guest of a company, once to receive an award for volunteer work I do and once for a conference. It is a soul less place of concrete but the food at the match was excellent! The buffet food at the conference was good as well.
But Salford had better get their money back!

I know that that last sentence was wishful thinking! :-(

Barley farm will love this.

I very very occasionally visit those all you can eat buffet places but it gives me the same feeling I get when I visit Blackpool every ten years. I got it when I nipped in B and M bargains at the weekend to buy some cello tape.

Sello it's spelt sello.

Anyway did you use it on one of your high-rise posh places - sand and cement is better though

Just askin
