Love Scotland, have been travelling and staying all over since 1996 and never tire of it whether I'm in the cities or the Highlands. Have used Aviemore and Fort William as bases for many years but also stay in cities.

Was last up in January using Stirling as a base to travel to Edinburgh, Glasgow, St Andrews, Perthshire and Dundee.

Love Glasgow, always say the people who disparage Glasgow are normally those that have never actually been.

I used Inverness as a base for Pitlochry,Aviemore,Nairn and off course Inverness.
Loads of great walks and Nairn has a great beach.

Going to wemyss bay and Edinburgh at the end of the month. First time in Scotland

Yeah but I would’ve had to get my auld mate Roger to drag himself and his crew out of the OVO Hydro with all their gear. The logistics of it would be too much.

It was easier for us to come to him.

What did you make of the Hydro? Pretty fine venue. (For Glasgow ;-))
