He's a good player. But look at our bench against QPR

Dzeko, Balotelli, De Jong, Richards, Kolarov, Milner, Pants

Only way it makes sense is if it's worth the League Cup and FA Cup in mind.

Been trying to find something positive about this and the only things I can see are his goals last season - 8 in the League and he's very cheap considering the going rate for young English players. But I share your opinion - nowhere near good enough.

#Swansea have accepted a £5.5m from #MCFC for Scott Sinclair. He will be used as a squad player and will help with the homegrown quota

The way I see it is Johnson is better and he struggles to make our bench when everyone is fit

Everyone supports someone, shame he supports the scum. However, do you know who all our first team squad support ? Maybe some of them support the rags.If you were good enough to play professional football and were employed by a club other than us, would you stop supporting the team you'd followed all your life ? Fucking hope not..........Just saying.....
 
trust the manager, give the guy a chance and for people going on about him being a rag so was david platt but nobody is getting on his back now are there
 
We are missing an out an out left winger, Johnson cant play there as he has no pace so the only way he can beat people is by cutting in. Balo played out wide a bit last year but it just ended up with not tracing back and not affecting the play so there is certainly a need for someone like Sinclair im just not sure he is the level required but you never know.
 
Dyer really impressed me from what i saw of him last season. Dont rate Scott Sinclair at all squad player or not.

Really do not understand this transfer at all, if we actually end up signing him. Is this for the homegrown quota or something?

We played quite a few times with a winger either Johnson on the right or Balo on the left, neither did very well at it though which is why we're after Sinclair I presume.

Then why not get an 18/19 year old kid with huge potential instead of another average winger.
 
Are people underwhelmed because he's not Messi?

Decent player for a decent fee, what's the problem?
