League Cup - Semi
Champs League - Qtrs (Semis if all fit & jesus jr arrives in jan)

If we get a settled CB pairing then we can win at least all domestic comps

well that was my predictions and the defensive comment has bore out a little.
I will still say we can do the FA cup if we actually bother with it and stick by the top 2 comment

Chelsea can throw the league this season. An experienced rag side were eight clear with six to play in 11/12.

problem is chelsea just aren't letting in goals. thats why it's hard to see them losing many.

Even if Chelsea suffer a few injuries, I can still see all the other contenders either beating each other or dropping stupid points.

As for City, we need Aguero to be firing on all cylinders, and Sterling, De Bruyne and Silva to all start making a significant contribution. Otherwise we’re going to find ourselves in 6th place very shortly hoping that United and Tottenham get bogged down with other competitions.

We could easily win the FA Cup if we take it seriously, but strangely, despite all our obvious shortcomings, it might prove easier to reach the CL Semi finals after disposing of Monaco and then Seville/Porto etc.

For the last two seasons, the negative predictions have been ritually slaughtered, but the injury prone players stayed injured, the inconsistent form remained inconsistent, and the disinterested players continued to apply nowhere near 100%

Will this season be different? Hopefully so, but whilst it’s nice to be positive on a football forum, the fact remains that none of us can determine the outcome. Meanwhile, in the real world, City have suffered 6 red cards many of them for acts of utter stupidity.

That’s the real worry because my biggest fear is that the current team lacks character and resolve, the moment something doesn’t go to plan.

Even at 0-3 last Saturday, we still had a chance, mainly because Leicester had scored so early. There was plenty of time for a comeback, but instead we reverted to type, preferring to pass when it was easier to shoot, and generally hiding behind safe, unambitious interplay

Prediction: I’m talking a load of bollocks and City will be Champions.
