HahahahahaI would suggest we really don't want to go along the path of TV season tickets, imagine how much United and Liverpool could make in such circumstances, unless all the money went into the PL pot and was distributed fairly.

i think the general opinion/hope is that they will refund 6/19 gamesSo I pay my season ticket up front.
Will I get a refund or will they deduct it from next seasons fee?
I don't think they can do anything else, its a bit like a plane ticket, airlines would love you to take the credit but they have to offer cash payment too. Personally I think the club will look to sweeten the deal for the credit option, but right now who thinks next season won't be impacted too? For my money if we get 6 home games next season I will be happy, will I renew my season ticket for that..... I really don't know, I'm kind of on the fence, if the club play this poorly I think they will lose a huge chunk of their base supportYou will probably get a choice of your 2 options

Pretty sure the consumer rights act wouldn't allow them to do that, the club have broken our basic statutory rights that include Satisfactory quality, As described, Fit for purpose, and there is a length of time requirement.. so the product isn't as described(we are 1/3rd of a season short! and they couldn't mitigate it by showing the games free on ManCity TV to season card holders and they can't say your six games are credited for the 2021/22 season(for example)without your agreement due to the time requirement (an example of this would be if you got a builder to put double glazing in your home, he could do nothing wrong other than not put them in in a reasonable time and he has broken your statutory rights) and they can't penalize you for exercising your rights. For what it's worth I don't believe they can throw people out of the cup scheme for asking for a refund.... but I guess someone has to challenge them on thatI just hope one of the options isnt that if you ask for a refund for this season then you lose your ST for next season. Personally I’d like the refund as it would be nearly £600 for 4 tickets.
This depends
If games are played behind closed doors next season and they create a virtual season ticket then clubs could still make money.
I could buy a season ticket for all 38 league games City play.
The price will be interesting

It's quite simple really isn't it.IMHO the best way forward is.....
Refund 6/19 to current season ticket holders.
No season tickets for 2020/21 season. Any matches that can be staged to be ticketed as one off events. This allows an appropriate (and possibly increasing) attendance.
All 2019/20 season ticket holders to be invited to purchase 2021/22 Season tickets if by then it is possible. If still not possible then continue to ticket as one off events.
