Season Ticket Renewals - small increases (again)

Just a question. If you sign up for the UEFA scheme among the add-ons, does it put you it a good position to get a seat at the final, in the event we get there (I've got a strong inkling that's going to happen next year)?

If you are in a Cup scheme you are first on the list for a ticket depending on your points. (Up to now?)

I don't disagree with you but its not just at City. Our prices are still comparable with other big clubs - cheaper than most. It's just that we have had to catch up with the likes of the Rags - who had to freeze prices because they were so much higher than ours.

And, lets not forget the quality of football we are enjoying and the enjoyment of winning 5 (or 6) domestic trophies in the last 2 seasons compared with the dire performances at The Swamp and other clubs.
Spreading the cost of seasoncards by direct debit (in effect an interest free loan) helps. Watching football is an expensive pastime but so Happy to be Blue.

Why do the people who already pay the most get the biggest increase?

Many people don’t pay more because they have more disposable income, they pay more because they’re sat with groups of mates and have done for decades and don’t want to go off on their own just because it’s cheaper.

It seems like those who were paying £320 are now paying £325 and those paying £795 are now paying £720.

Why don’t they just put everyone’s up the same amount?
So the posh fuckers get a discount paid for by the poor fuckers pay more? I though we were suppose to be run by an Arab dictator not the tory party.

Renewed for East Stand upper.
£655.00 Great value, only a small increase.

Disappointing. We used to slag off United for the way that their owners have priced out their working class fanbase but we've become exactly the same as them in that respect (even aspired to be them!). I can't help but feel that Sorriano/Begiristein et al have no attachment or understanding of City or Manchester and if they did, they wouldn't continue pursuing every last penny out of the fans.
They worked at Barcelona and rubbed shoulders with Madrid, United, Bayern etc. and I think they just think we are another fanbase like those kinds.

But we are not!

I could tell Soriano had no clue about us when on All Or Nothing he looked half confused and half pissed off when he was told “it is likely the fans will invade the pitch when we win the league”.

You’ve not read my full post have you?

Man City increase season ticket prices again

Manchester City have released the price for season tickets for the 2019/20 season and have explained the reason behind their decision.

The club believe their pricing structure still enables tickets to be accessible to fans despite taking the decision not to freeze prices for a number of years and that they have one of the most accessible pricing structures in the league.

Club sources stressed City's commitment to offering a wide range of Seasoncards at different price points which allow fans to continue to watch the champions, including a value season card which is the equivalent to under £16 a game.
This is the one and only topic where I hope the media go to town on the club. They deserve the flack for this!

If it’s % Then the dearer the ticket, the higher the increase .
£1460 + 10% = £1606
£315 + 10% =£346.50
