On the email I got about the cup schemes, it says enrolled so I think we just leave it as it is and nothing should change

I wasted 20 mins trying to enrol in the cup schemes that I was already enrolled in due to this email.lol.

Sure it's a generic email that everyone gets regardless of if you're already enrolled. I always get it. Don't need to do anything

Thanks. I was fairly sure that was the case but I seem to have had so many comms about the pending deadline that it put some doubt in my mind

Exactly the same mate. I’m a bit paranoid about why they keep messaging me. Hope they’re just mithering me unnecessarily.

Same here. I got an email saying I was enrolled on the cup schemes but when I clicked the link it showed some friends and family not in the schemes and showed my scheme memberships as unpicked.
It doesn't help that they show the schemes as extras when renewing.

I think their system struggles to handle the fact that one person is responsible for more than one account.

I had a seven year old as the ‘payer’ on about four season tickets a couple of years ago.

I always manually renew everything. Don’t really trust their auto renew option.
