Seasoncard - 2021/22 | Print at Home Tickets

The club apparently dont like print at home tickets because they can be sold on easily. Phones and cards make it more difficult for anyone to do this.
People who have successfully used phones at the early matches will find it difficult to get cards for the rest of the season as they are deemed able to use the phone technology.
So l believe.
 
WARNING I received a email from city this morning informing me my club bruges print at home ticket is available to print. I didn't order a ticket and am not in the cup scheme. I have just received a apology email saying that they made a mistake. CTID
 
Just checked my mobile ticket for Palace on Saturday and it’s been replaced by the Burnley ticket! Also says it was updated yesterday. Quite sure that the Palace ticket was there previously. Any ideas?
 
Just checked my season card for tomorrow and it’s still showing as Burnley. Have logged onto the City site to check my account and 5,000+ ahead of me in the queue. New technology working well then..
 
Can I say, City's ticketing system is totally f@cked. 176 position on the phone, waiting for access to my account online. Will we ever have a full stadium with this shite system?
I transferred my sons ticket for Palace last week to a mate on friends and family, we were informed all is well by email and my sons city account. And my mate is still waiting for the email to download the ticket.
 
After waiting in the online queue for an hour to resolve my non updated mobile seasoncards for tomorrow's game, got an 'unexpected error' on the City site and it wouldn't proceed further.

Have tried the City Supporter Services twitter help desk. But no reply to my issue.

Tried the City Supporter services phone line. Got kicked off after half an hour. Currently on again and been in a queue for over an hour.

Shocking service. I'll be trying to get a physical card after this.

The technology obviously doesn't work 100% and therefore should never have been put into practice.

Update: After over two hours in the phone queue, I got disconnected!

Does anyone know what the solution is if your seasoncard hasn't been updated in your eWallet to show the next game?

I had a similar issue when I had purchased a cup game ticket. I decided to just bowl up and give it a go. And to my surprise I was let in when I scanned the bar code. If you have proof of purchase, just go for it.
