Seasoncard - 2021/22 | Print at Home Tickets

Just as a positive to our supporter services/ticketing people:
I received an email last night about my payment for the next European game saying my card had been refused. (I'd rung them about a month ago to update my card as the expiry date was the end of October.)

This morning at 10.35 I followed their instructions to ring and was told I was 138 in the queue. I promptly replaced the phone as I'm too old to be wasting time!! :-)

Instead I typed an email which I sent at 10.39 and got the immediate "we are dealing with it" response, fair enough. but then lo and behold at 11.04 I had a proper response saying we have checked and yes my details were up to date and they had now taken the payment!! Granted no apology but at least swift handling of the email.

I bought early Xmas present yesterday, tickets for my lad to see German comedian Henning Wehn at The Lowry in February.

Talk about a difference.

An email sent to me straight away, with a link for my GPay download or Apple Wallet but ALSO the URL'S to print each ticket off at home individually.

City never send the option of both and has a default setting for the season.

Same for me tomorrow, bought eight tickets for rugby Sale v Northampton. Sent me email immediately upon purchase and the options to download or print at home.

The tech is clearly there.

Thanks for notification about Henning, might pick up a couple of tickets myself.

Can you still upgrade an over 65 season ticket to an adult for one game? We're print at home so cannot do that ticket transfer thing, and the person we'd upgrade mums to ( my sister) is on our friends and family but she doesn't have the right phone for it either, so I'd still need to print everything.

can it be done this season? An over 65 to adult upgrade that doesn't use ticket transfer or phones? I have asked supporter services but no reply yet.

Thanks. Mum is not well enough for sunday.

believe you can yes

Can anyone help - in the past i've had an email from city with the print at home link (for the first few matches anyway), but the previous one they didn't send it and i just went into my account and under "my account" then "tickets" where it lists all your matches, it had the print option so i did it straight from there. But i've looked now and there's no print option. There's the printer symbol with a red cross and when you hover it just puts up "not printed".

How do i get it printed? If it means queueing up on Sunday, alone as my upgrade person has bailed out, i'm just ready to give up, in every and i mean every way. I have a newly diagnosed long term serious spine condition, that will only worsen to the point where paralysis from the neck down is a very real possible future (though my appointment with the spine specialist is a whopping 60 weeks away, thank you nhs - "go private" say my GP!), i can't face queueing up and standing around like that bringing on the numbness. I just wanted to go to a game, while i can. And now i can't even print a ticket. Dramatic? Maybe. But i spent hours with my mum in a+e today as she was ill so am a little drained and really really fed up - only to find i don't seem to be able to print my damn ticket (to sit on my own in the cold thinking about my future) (ho ho ho happy christmas says the mum of a 5 year old who should have a future but doesn't seem to)

Bit of a speech! :(

But pointers on if i'm missing something obvious re printing would be appreciated, cheers.

Its definitely there, i've just done mine.

a screenshot from the silly email city sent everyone in august explaining how to print at home - it has "print ticket" there once you tick the match.

And a screenshot of my account - it has nothing like that. it USED to, it doesn't now.

If anyone who reads this does print at home - what does theirs say? I don't get it...
