I think the window to upgrade from a Cityzen card may be extended this year as some S/T holders won't renew while there is a risk of disruption due to Covid: Ballots, wearing masks etc. Some S/T holders might not be able to renew if they've been screwed financial by this fucking plague, while others might have reached an age where live football isn't for them. There will also be some who demand a commentator to moan about judging by the matchday thread.You get a window of opportunity if you are a cityzen card holder each renewal date after all seasoncard holders have renewed in their window.
The cityzencard window doesn’t last long as the very few available seats are sold in minutes.
Ask anyone who has tried in recent seasons

What's this about a moratorium?Any news from Prestwich blue about the moratorium that was being discussed with regard to season tickets.
I would seriously considering deferring my season ticket next year if we are back to reduced capacity and ballots.
I'm not sure that is the best word for it. It had been mentioned that you could opt out for a season and it would not mean you lose your ticket.What's this about a moratorium?

I got my seasoncard for season 19/20 in South stand level 2. Live in Somerset now so hadn't been going for a few years. Didn't have a cityzens membership but still went online and had a choice of seats. No problems apart from not being able to get the seat planner to open up because the site was so busy. Got up for work at 5.30 next morning, thought I'd try again. Planner opened up and ticket bought within 5 minutes. There was supposed to be a waiting list then but I still got one.

I think we will renew just for ballot purposes if crowds are still reduced, then pay per match you get allocated.
If full crowds are allowed I expect a freeze on season ticket prices.

Its all a bit vague now but seem to remeber getting a single s/c seat wasn’t t hat difficult if it was a single and you didn’t care where it was. The difficult thing was getting more tha one together and made more difficult if you where picky where it was as the best ones went in the relocation window.That will upset quite a few people

I know somebody who started a new office job at city on the admin side of hospitality a few weeks before Covid hit
they were laid off. She got a phone call in the last couple of days asking them all to go into a meeting on Tuesday about being re-employed

After the ticket nightmare for the final I think I am tempted to going back to Platinum. Just had a look on the website but no info on how to do it. Is it possible or do I ring the ticket office?
