Im clued into fake mails and this seems correct with the tracking number and email all valid on RM site.
How would Royal Mail get your email address? Are you sure it isn’t that scam that’s going round where they tell you that in an email then say it will cost £X for them to deliver. And why Chester sorting office?

You are right and I have changed my mobile phone to one that can cope. Its hit and miss. I think it depends on the info City send them and also relying on Trackpack uploading to RM as well. I usually receive one but my partner doesn't and usually just drops though the letterboxanyones guess! ill know friday! Let's assume that our seasoncard holders are split 40/40/20 across the 3 groups. That means over 5,000 aren't equipped for mobile ticketing.
We haven't moved away from paper books.
