Seasoncard - 2021/22

Well I have been able to get the season ticket into a wallet but - I have no barcode! So I’m thinking that’s fek all use !!
 
Assuming your iPhone is 7 or later.
Any phone prior to this will not automatically work without an additional app that has to be downloaded .
A few will get caught out by this as people are pulling out years old phones out of a dusty drawer and hoping to use them.
I have an I phone 6s- I have managed to put the season ticket in Apple Pay wallet - however I have no dynamic code? Help!!
 
You need to register an account for her on mancity.com
Register using her email address.
Ensure the supporter number found during registration matches her actual number.
An automated mail from City will be sent to the email address used for registration if successful.
Once the account is created, fully log out of it.
If you want her ticket on your phone, log in to HER account on YOUR phone & download to your wallet as you did yours.
If she wants it on her phone, ask her to log in to her account on HER phone and add to her wallet.
This should work …hopefully. Good luck.

put her supporter number in an click on forgotten password

As city saint says below i think it requires a 'password reset' via 'forgotten password'.
Failing this it's the dreaded call to supporter services as the registration process clearly fails to recognize her as an existing season ticket holder & thinks she's an individual without a supporter number (non season ticket or Cityzen member) who needs to be assigned one.
 
My partners 85 year old nana, who doesn’t have a new mobile (got quite an old phone) and struggles to access the internet has been told to go to the ticket office to sort out her ticket.

main issue is that she can’t walk that well and gets a coach (arrives 30 minutes before the game) to the other side of the ground…. Bit of a nightmare to try and sort this out. I’d bet with our older fan base lots of fans won’t have easy access to tickets. Gonna be lots of missing fans

All part of the Legacy Fan cull. It's deliberate and targeted and their refusal to abandon this stupidity shows their contrived and scant regard for those who will struggle. In short, their actions are indefensible and even though we can see this amounts to a bus full of supporters driving into a wall, the club are quite prepared to take the fall out to achieve their underlying aim of wiping out the older fans. If they had any concern for customer service it would never have got out of the traps. This will have been discussed prior to rolling out and it's inconceivable that older fan difficulties were not raised. Despite this however they have pursued this targeted stupidity, and to avoid any questions they refuse to answer phones or emails. Calling it a shit show points at incompetence. This is not a shit show, this is a deliberate act of specific fan base vandalism.

I can confirm I'm armed and ready
I now have everything on my mobile ,2 season cards,google.pay ,was able to delete my debit card,as others said you could.
I suppose in the coming days,I will relent now and re join all the cup schemes ;-),after all it is City.

If my NFC google pay gadget does work next satdi and we manage to get in,I'll be the miserable bastard wearing my new Luddite tshirt.
