Seasoncard Amnesty

I do the admin for mine and two other tickets all next to each other
My email address is on all 3 accounts.
I regularly get 3 emails at once from city with our names attached on them
I have received my email and confirmed my details
One of the other season cards will not need any change to the details
I haven't received an email for this card
I take it if I do nothing the details will stay as is ?

Think someone mentioned earlier that if you are the admin for more than one card you have to ring up.

Yes if you do nothing the details will stay as they are. If you need to change them and don’t this could cause issues further down the line.
 
It’s been that long I forgot about my season ticket. If you paid via direct debit does your S/C automatically still get renewed for next season whenever we’re allowed back in?

Yes mate, I had to ring customer services to do it over the phone.

You will need to have to hand their date of birth, contact telephone number and address details for tracing purposes.

Like you, I get four emails for each seasoncard to my address with their individual names on.
 
I updated a friend of mine's SC account to another name yesterday online. Neither of us have had a confirmation email from the club.

Anyone else not received an email after changing the name on a seasoncard?
 
Very lazy I know, but can someone sum up if I need to do anything.

Season ticket for myself and 7 year old son.

No rush to go back.

However, don’t want to lose season ticket as me and my boy love it, so will come back in due course.
 
I've got 2 both in my name. I've been renting 1 out for the past few seasons.
I think I'll just convert it to a blue / Citizens membership.
Can't be arsed with all this mither. My mate sit behind me so I'll let my spare go to someone on the list.

If it's not rude to ask. Why do you have two SCs in your own name?
 
I've got an adult ticket in my name and my son has a junior ticket in his name. We emigrated 4 years ago so a lady and her daughter have been 'renting' the cards from us at cost. If I sign the cards over to them during the amnesty (for just 2020/2021 season) will they be able to change them back to us in 2021/2022 season? I'm trying to prevent being 'frozen out' of my own cards.
