Don't accept any of that 'we might' shit. YOU make the call. If she has left it like that, you phone her, text her and tell her that YOU are calling it a day. That gives you the power and whilst that sounds a bit petty, you will feel better knowing you have took the situation into your hands, rather than being left hung out to dry. Don't let her spin all that 'we will see bullshit'. I had 5 months of that.

Get your head up fella, and look people in the eye. You have done nothing wrong (that i am aware of!)

Read some of the serious posts on here back to yourself, there is some spot on advice. You are not the first to go through this and you wont be the last. Shit times yes, but they do get good again.
