Inconsistent is fair description for both & if I had to put my life on it, I'd bet on the side of neither making it at City. But both are capable of exceptional moments & both are strong & athletic, so if either did develop some consistency, it could easily go the other way & they could go to the top of the list as regards prospects.

Just watched the last hour of Lille 1 v 1 Bastia. I'm not sure I saw Yeboah touch the ball and his athleticism seemed unimpactful for a small quick rep guy. Really disappointed.
Fofana was just the opposite - dominated MF, smart, soft feet, good vision, power, space-eating athleticism, balanced positioning and movement. Really impressive, very solid - 91.9 pass % on a field full of helter skelter. Never been a fan of his but, yeah, he's interesting and possibly emergent.

He showed glimpses for the EDS,occasionally looking phenomenal,consistency being his problem though.........as he was equally as likely to resemble Ged Brannan.Hopefully hes cracked it!
 
Havn't watched him at all this season tbh but looking at his WhoScored rating I'm pretty impressed. 6,98 after 13 games and the third best in the team is pretty good for a 20 year old. Got named MOTM by them as well against Lille.
