Well as you've clearly got internet access, why not just buy online, its cheaper too!!

Just got 2 tickets online, paid and then it loaded for 30 seconds (no errors) then it came up your basket with a blank page and £0.

But loyalty points have been added, didn't that happen to some others on here?

it just says ''there seems to be a problem please try again'' clearly its working though as somebody just said they bought two weird...

I got the " a problem has occurred processing your payment" did someone mentioned this gets sorted out without doing anything?

Check your purchase history, if its in there it's gone through

Got my two over the phone. Took about 15+ mins before I got through and 5 to purchase.
