I say lack of awareness but with each passing game I’m getting the impression it’s more a lack of wanting to pass to him.

Had a Chelsea fan do the same, said Foden should adapt he plays on the left for City, until I pointed out he ever plays there, he’s either on the right or central, they’ve not got a clue, yes he was poor but TAA was gash and no one seems to say anything, that’s not his fault because he shouldn’t be in midfield.I got the usual Foden is crap from a couple of mates. Tried telling them why, but it made no difference. He has been singled out by the media and is now seemingly the scape goat for every poor England performance. To be fair, he is very, very good and has the potential to become one of the best players ever.
That said, there's an arrogance about the lad that just doesn't sit right with me personally, or I suspect with many other City fans.
He comes across as having a similar attitude to C Ronaldo, Ibrahimovic, or Pogba. Not the 'type' that we (City) are usually attracted to... more a 'rag type' of player.
To be very honest, I'm glad we didn't get him. I really don't think he'd fit in at the club - He’s already too big for his own boots.
