Especially as Barca won’t exist lolIf it is true that he is a City fan then we don't have to worry about him moving to Barca in a couple of years!
And silva was winning a world cup for Spain. Silvas achievements for Spain were massive- not just from a trophies perspective but individual achievements with goals and assists. No doubt a young attacking midfielder (before he turned lb) would look to a player like Silva as a heroHe would have been an impressionable 11 year old when 93:20 happened and when Silva was weaving his magic.. every chance he was a fan

Not from what I have seen.Cos they read the papers, watch sky, bt and bbc. The negative media has definitely had a negative impact
They don't read papers, I doubt any of the negative media even registers with under 11 s and that's when they decide who they want to support.Cos they read the papers, watch sky, bt and bbc. The negative media has definitely had a negative impact
Fair point about the youngsters but a lot of their parents despise us. We certainly ain’t many peoples second favourite team these daysThey don't read papers, I doubt any of the negative media even registers with under 11 s and that's when they decide who they want to support.

Most parents don't though. Parents that are fans of other 'big' teams might but then their children are always more likely to follow their families teams. The parents I know that aren't particularly big football fans, or aren't fans of the usual suspects, which is quite a lot of them have children that want city shirts and get them. Were 10 years ago my son was just about the only one in the town we live in.Fair point about the youngsters but a lot of their parents despise us. I wish I had a pound for every time I heard " City are my second team " my response was "You only like us because we're not a threat" I would take being hated and winning rather than being patronized and winning nothing.Fair point about the youngsters but a lot of their parents despise us. Might have been given a scoop. we'll know as soon as its up.
He’d just gone to get the beers in when that was took. I am third from the left at the far end.
Kids these days support multiple clubs. :PIf it is true that he is a City fan then we don't have to worry about him moving to Barca in a couple of years!
