I'm flying over for the this with the kids. Why I picked this game is beyond me. :-) but the kids said they are happy to see the fringe players like Palmer and Lewis. To them that's even cooler to tell their friends when they get back.

I'd sooner watch players like Borges and Bobb play in a dead rubber.Perhaps the club should give people back some money who have paid to see the 1st team rather than the under 23's if that's the case

I think he said words to the effect that we will see for Fulham but not needed for Wednesday. I don’t think there was any positive inference that he could have been ready for WednesdayI think he actually said he could be back for Wednesday but he wouldn’t play even if he was fit
