For a person in authority to do something like that is wrong whichever way it's dressed up we are supposed to be better than the ideology we are fighting.

In a nutshell.

I feel for the guy if he just list due to the stress as no one knows what we would do.

The harsh facts though are we have to abide by international law. His confession sealed his fate and commenting on keeping it quiet won't help him, but I do think his mental state needs to be considered.

We are better than those cunts, we need to show that. We feel for him rightly because he was putting his life on the line, but we need to ask ourselves, if we caught someone who did that to one of ours and had a tape, would we make allowances because he was stressed? Does anybody think that would happen?
